I've also tried all the other links on DDB that say support/help/contact etc. but none of them work. I go to the support request page, but when I select ANY topic from the list, nothing happens. No form to fill, nothing. I've been trying since yesterday, but I couldn't find any way to submit a support ticket or contact the DDB team. It's kinda funny actually, I MUST be missing something... Please help anyone?
Also, the form asks for an "Invitation/Registration code" field marked with a red asterisk, indicating it's required. I just type N/A there; I have no clue as to what that is.

In the recent Sigil Sunset FAQ https://dndbeyond-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/articles/42550438974868-Sigil-Sunset-FAQ#h_01K89GQ5HZTYRSEX1XXZ7MZQT3 there is a link to the support request form, in case one is eligible for the 6-month sub credit, but hasn't received a redemption email (which is my case). This is the link https://dndbeyond-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=34371714518036 and it sends me to the support request form with Sigil Help already selected, but as soon as I hit "submit" I'm redirected to a blank page that says "access denied".
