A ticket about this issue has been submitted to customer support, but unfortunately no response after 2 days waiting.
I have bought the bundle for heroes of faerun digital + physical from the european store. Unfortunately this means that I have to wait a month longer for my products to arrive. Although history teaches that this can be as much as 2 or 3 months. This is totally unacceptable, but that is another story.
['The digital versions of Forgotten Realms: Heroes of Faerûn and Forgotten Realms: Adventures in Faerûn will still release on the global release date of November 11. Master Tier (October 28) and Hero Tier (November 4) releases will also remain on schedule.]
However I did not receive the key to unlock the digital product. Can someone please look into this?
In the dnd wizards store, it says Preparing Order. But there are no activation codes to Redeem. Do I have to wait until they ship my order until I get my activation key for d&d beyond?
Has anyone gotten an answer back from the support team about this?
I am half a click away from simply canceling the order and getting my money back... Worst part, there is no official information about any delays/problems with the digital part of the order, ANYWHERE
PS when it comes to the printed books, one can only hope they fix at least a few of the - almost-always-there - typos. I still want to hit someone for some things in the PHB.
You should have received a purchase confirmation email. In there is a link to get your redemption code for DDB. You’ll need to redeem that code before you can access the book here.
If you didn’t get that email, you may not have been charged yet. Try checking your order history, and there should be an option to trigger the payment, after which you’ll get your code.
