If your son checks that same page, is that book listed under Current Product Licenses?
Is Content Sharing still enabled for the campaign you two are in? If the person who activated Content Sharing checks that page, does it still show an active subscription?
If the DM for that campaign checks the Content Management settings at the top of the campaign page, is that book enabled for sharing?
