Support does not have a direct email address, but when I got to the url in your screenshot I get taken to the My Requests page as I'd expect. Maybe try the following
Go to https://myaccounts.wizards.com/login and make sure you're logged out. If you're logged in, click the three lines in the top right and select Log Out from the drop down
Try this link; caveat that it is the same link, but with the /new on the end. It's the only difference between your steps and mine that is different, and is the link I give to people.
If that still doesn't work, send me a private message with your support question and I'll escalate both that and this issue you're having with not being able to access the page.

Yes, I already cleared cache and cookies. And I don't have any browser extensions.
Surely support has a direct email which they can be contacted with? I'd rather not go through the hassle of a charge back if at all possible.
