Thanks for the quick reply! I looked into it further and it seems like the payment was actually blocked. It's weird, something about bank confirmation.
I can only have 6 characters rn, and under the settings, the subscribe button is Big and Blue. I imagine it's different when you already have an active subscription.
I'm having the same issue with the mobile app. Online access through the website seems to be okay...but right now the mobile app shows I have 21/6 characters...and it's in an angry red color. And if I click to Create New Character...it tries to get me to upgrade my subscription.

The payment has gone through, I can see Oct 2025 licence. But site complains that I don't have a subscription. I got it less than a week ago.
