If you build out a fighter with the subclass psi-warrior with the dndbeyond character sheet it will list the damage as the damage die for the level of the fighter. But, it doesn't include the modifier for intelligence within the actions box.
If you look at the damage of the fighter's other attacks you'll see that these attacks will include the attribute modifier (for melee or ranged attacks with weapons you'll see 1D8+6 for example to demonstrate not only the modifier from an attribute but also modifiers for fighting styles or feats or whatever else). This makes it clearer that missing the intelligence modifier is an issue.
If you look below to the descriptions for the actions in combat it will correctly provide the intelligence modifier.
To test this ... build a fighter at level 3rd or beyond. Have 12 or more in strength and intelligence and equip a weapon. Look at the action box and see the weapons you have equipped will include the die from the weapon and also the attribute modifier. Look at the action box and see the "Psionic Power: Psionic Strike" option and note that this doesn't show the intelligence modifier.
