I'm not shure if this is the right place. But I have found an error in the Adventure ToA.
Room 35A
"One hieroglyph (a vulture) is visible through a hole that forms the devil’s gaping mouth"
It should be (a serpent). This is based on that the Dwarf(with Turban) actually stepped on the Vulture before he died. He could for example long jumped over the Vulture and landed in the square where he died, but it is unlikely. There is a posibility that the puzzle become more difficult with this correction. I find the correction more logical. The dial should have changed to a serpent.

Any thoughts?
Without an official Errata document, DDB can't change the book.
Do anyone agree with me? And if so, maybe there can be an official errata?
If you would like for Wizards of the Coast to release a change to the published adventure via an errata document, you will need to contact them.
Their contact details can be found at http://dnd.wizards.com/
