I purchased the digital version for my group, but it doesn't show as purchased. It told me the purchase wasn't processed and I needed to contact support. I have the receit ofcourse, but I don't understand how it didn't go through since I purchased two other books today as well. Help?

Unfortunately I don't think there's anything anyone on the forums can do about that sort of thing. You need to actually contact support.
