I have confirmed my purchase of the new book in my receipt history and can see it in my Licenses. I also confirmed that my entitlements are synced. Yet, no matter the rules I enable, the 2025 Artificer does not display under class options.
At the risk of stating the obvious, did you scroll down a bit? It's not in the same section with the other 2024 classes. It's in a separate "Expanded Rules" section below them.
If you've purchased Eberron: Forge of the Artificer, and your entitlements are synced, and Expanded Rules is enabled, and it's still not showing up, it sounds like you need to put in a support ticket.
I was able to solve my issue. I was having trouble selecting a subclass because they all came up as the 2014 subclasses.
Turns out the issue was that I apparently chose the artificer class from the 2014 Expanded Rules. Make sure you have selected the Artificer class from the "Expanded Rules" and not from the "2014 Expanded Rules."

Yes, that was the first thing I tried.

Opened a ticket and received a response. I was told they manually fixed something and that I should check my entitlements in the future.
My entitlements were synced. And the bug is still present.
It should show up if you have Expanded Rules selected (NOT 2014 Expanded Rules)

Nope. Only 2014 Artificer.
