on the Character builder the paladin is level 3 and so can cast level1 spells the druid component of the character is level three and can case level 2 spells.
but on the character sheet because the total character level is 6 it is showing level three spell slots and spells of a full caster where as this should not be the case it should only show level 2 spells at best and I am not sure how many spell slots maybe some for paladin and some for druid separately maybe (I am not sure of the rule for spell slots but I know I shouldn't be seeing 2 x level 3 spell slots as the character has no class levels which allow this.
Spell Slots. You determine your available spell slots by adding together the following:
All your levels in the Bard, Cleric, Druid, Sorcerer, and Wizard classes
Half your levels (round up) in the Paladin and Ranger classes
One third of your Fighter or Rogue levels (round down) if you have the Eldritch Knight or Arcane Trickster subclass.
Then look up this total level in the Level column of the Multiclass Spellcaster table. You use the slots for that level to cast spells of an appropriate level from any class whose Spellcasting feature you have.
This table might give you spell slots of a higher level than the spells you prepare. You can use those slots but only to cast your lower-level spells. If a lower-level spell that you cast, like Burning Hands, has an enhanced effect when cast at a higher level, you can use the enhanced effect as normal.
You are 3rd level Paladin. 3 halved is 1.5, rounded up is 2 levels. You are 3rd level Druid, so 3 levels, which added to the 2 is 5 levels. As per the table you should have 4x 1st level slots, 3x 2nd level slots and 2x 3rd level slots. On checking your sheet, this is exactly what you have.
So, nothing to fix, your sheet is correct.

I am sure this affects other people too.
Can this be fixed?

That said, the preparation of spells treats each class separately. So the 3rd-level slots are only usable for upcasting at this point.
Thank you for this Explanation I had it worked out wrong - Clearly didn't understand. Thank you for your Clarity.
