I am posting here because I paid for three digital books on D&D Beyond, but they were never added to my account.
The books are:
Player’s Handbook 2024
Lorwyn
Heroes of Faerûn
The payment was fully processed, and the money was taken from my credit card. I also received a confirmation SMS from my bank on my Moroccan phone number confirming the payment to Wizards of the Coast LLC, so there is no doubt that the transaction went through successfully.
However, I still do not have access to any of the books I paid for.
This is extremely frustrating. The payment was accepted, the money was taken, and yet the products were not delivered. That is not acceptable.
If a moderator or support representative sees this thread, I would appreciate urgent help in resolving the issue as soon as possible.
I Hope I get an answer soon... The screenshot I sent are in French, I hope they can use a translator to look at the bank message regarding the payment.... No dnd for one of my groups this week end then... sadge

You have to contact support ("contact us" link at page bottom). Nobody on the forums has the power to help you.
I did and it has been more than 24h and I had no help or answer... Thank you for answering and trying.
If they've taken your money and they haven't given you what you paid for, you can also dispute the charge with your bank or credit card company.

Why would I take the fight to my bank or credit card company, its an issue with wotc services they got paid but there is an error with their stuff.
DDB support is notoriously slow. Also, I don't think they work weekends.
But they do generally respond, as I understand it. (But apparently repeatedly sending them messages pushes you to the back of the queue.)
