I noticed that, in theDnD beyond character sheet, if you have true strike and have a weapon, like a trident, in my case doing 1d8+2 damages, at level 5 true strike appears as an extra damage option on the side..saying 1d6+5.
What is the +5 from? The 1d6 is from the natural progression of the spell at level 5 but the +5 is not.

I cannot replicate this - true strike is working perfectly correct for me - so there may be something else on your character affecting it.

I also noticed that if you wield 2 handaxes and have Dueling as a fighting style, both the handaxes keeps the +2 bonus to damages, which it should not, as Dueling wants at least a hand to not be holding a weapon if I recall correctly.

The 5.5e version of True Strike has always had that damage note that erroneously adds the spellcasting ability modifier to the damage. I believe they've said this is just a limitation of how the current system defines attack and damage rolls.
The "wield" button on weapons isn't meant to actually implement any concept of holding a weapon in a specific hand or anything; all it does is just make the weapon's information appear on the Actions tab.
Many thanks!
I also saw that if you choose Shield from the Magic Initiate (Wizard), the spell appears in your list in its 1/LR form, but not as a regular spell. It should appear in both forms right?
I noticed a new thing. The celestial warlock at specifics levels adds new spells like Guiding Bolt,Cure Wounds, and then Aid and Lesser Restoration. These spells are stated to be Always prepared.
However, if you go to Manage Spells---> Add Spells, among these spells only Aid is marked as Always prepared, while the others are not.

Oh yes, they show up allright in the main "Spell" section.
The bug is only if you go to Manage Spells---> Add Spells. There only Aid is marked as Always prepared, while the others are not.
