I just bought the Ravenloft Horrors package and for some reason got a partial refund for the physical stuff. Was it sold out or what? I don’t understand. I did not receive an email with any explanation.

It's probably because they don't charge your card for physical books until it ships. This is probably how they handle it for preorders.
