So we are thinking abt playing DnD with Homebrew, and you cant safe a Homebrew in your collection, without a subscribtion.
What if I the DM have it but my players don't. Can they use public homebrew somehow or do they need to create it themselves or can i add the Subclass/Race in my collection with the subscription and they can use it then?

ModeratorAnything in your My Homebrew Collection gets shared with your campaign automatically, whether you’re a player or DM. Content Sharing does not need to be enabled for that campaign.
You do need a subscription if you want to add any of the site’s publicly-shared homebrew to your Collection, though. (You do not need it to create your own.)
