Subscription for Homebrew

So we are thinking abt playing DnD with Homebrew, and you cant safe a Homebrew in your collection, without a subscribtion.
What if I the DM have it but my players don't. Can they use public homebrew somehow or do they need to create it themselves or can i add the Subclass/Race in my collection with the subscription and they can use it then?

If content sharing is enabled in a campaign, all the homebrew stuff that anyone in the campaign has added to their Collection will be shared with everyone else in the campaign.
