If I go to Rules > Backgrounds, and set a filter for Player's Handbook (2024), Ravenloft: The Horrors Within, Forgotten Realms: Heroes of Faerûn, and a few others, some entries from the PHB is shown twice. It is not all of them mind you, but apparently most.

It is not a huge deal, but it is a bit annoying.
