I preordered AU with the excitement about the playalong pack releasing every week. But it seems like the deadline was missed for the past few weeks. Both July 23rd and 30th still say 'Coming Soon' on the D&D official website. I did buy this product early for the playalong pack content and whoever was supposed to release the content has missed for so long. But I know its Gencon and the team are due for their long rest vacation and said they'd release the playalong on a different date. If possible, maybe also the other 2 missed drops could be released with them?
I, and probably others, did preorder for these little rewards, but I worry about this becoming a problem and not preordering at all next time if it does

Where exactly are you seeing them labelled as Coming Soon? What do you see in the book itself?

Oh wow yeah, I was looking at the sister official D&D Site for the paired link to the new content, which probably may be done by another team. I was looking in the completely wrong place it seems for the updates properly
