Just recently, whenever I look at my druids character sheet I can't see Thorn Whip in the list of known spells, this effect persists across multiple browsers and is only fixed if I'm not logged into my account when I look at the character sheet
Please can you provide the url to your character sheet (not the link from clicking share)?
The spell Thorn Whip is from the Player's Handbook, so requires access to that source to be able to use it - either purchased yourself or shared by another user within a campaign.
I own 5.5, but for this character we are still using 5.0 rules, so that is what I selected. If I select a 5.5 it shows just fine. Seems like a bug to me.

Well, if you don't own the 5e Player's Handbook (or have access to it through content sharing) you won't be able to use the 5e version of the spell. That's not a bug; that's just capitalism.
I also happen to encounter the same issue as well; I just created a Druid character, and only of my cantrips is Thorn Whip, but It just dissapeared from my character sheet when I come to check again! It should not happen , isn't it? at least, not without public announcement.

Did you buy the relevant PHB to your character? Was it shared w/you? Is the sharer still doing so?

No, I din't buy PHB to my character, but It initally appeared as a choice for me in the sheet. I just started DnD not too long ago, so maybe I still don't know something about it. And no, I created it myself, I didn't share with anyone.

Ok, this first one narrows down the issue by removing a few common causes. Let's keep working on this: No one is sharing their PHB with you in a campaign, yes or no? Is the character in a campaign online linked to DND Beyond, yes or no? Thorn Whip is not in the Basic Rules, as it is in the PBH. Did the class recommend it when you were building the character? Did it tell you to buy the PBH at first when you selected it off of the character builder Are you running Beyond20 or any other extensions & plug-ins that interface w/DND Beyond?

I should note as well that the problem has since fixed itself, I did literally nothing except leave the tab open for a while
Hi. I have this same issue today. All of the other cantrips are listed, it's just Thorn Whip that seems missing from the list.
Here is the link:

Thanks
You need to go to the Home tab of the character builder and set the Privacy setting to "public" if you want other people to be able to use that link.
Do you own the book that spell comes from (the Player's Handbook)? If not, are you in a campaign where it's being shared?
