Mystic Arts Monk/Sorcerer's Level Spell Slots are Incorrect amounts

Summary: Multiclassing between Mystic Arts Monk and Sorcerer (Any Subclass). The Spell Slots are the incorrect amount, it seems like the Spell Slots are counting as a what ever the combined level between Mystic Arts Monk and Sorcerer (Ex 8 Levels of MAM and 2 Levels of Sorc, has the equivalent Leveled Spell Slots of A Level 10 Mystic Arts Monk)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Character
2. Put 8 Levels in Monk and Select Mystic Arts Monk Subclass
3. Put 2 Levels in Sorcerer. 
Observe Issue: Character has equivalent Spell Slots of a Level 10 Mystic Arts Monk (4 First Level Spell Slots and 3 Level 2 Spell Slots)
Expected Results: Spell Slots should pool for 7 1st Levels and 2 Second Levels
