Master Tier Issue

Hi, not sure if this is in the right place or not (Sorry mods) but I have a master tier account and when the early access option comes out for books I can't download any of the books on the app. Is there anything that can be done about that? I can't buy anything on the PC marketplace (Which is a different issue I have) Please help.

Do you own the books?

Are you using the same account on the app and the web site?

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?

I am using the exact same account of the app and the website. The books I want are the ones that are avaliable and not showing (which is my issue) all the other books are owned by me fine. I have not deleted and reinstalled the app no.

Sorry, this is a little hard to follow. Which specific book are you not seeing, and have you purchased that book?

My issue is the ‘early access’ thing in the marketplace that for some reason I can’t use on the app even though I have a master tier account.

You're saying that you've purchased a book that's come out in early access, but you're not able to download that book on the app? What happens when you try?

Nope. Not saying that. I’m saying that I don’t even get to TRY and download the books in early access for some reason.

So you purchased the book, but it's not showing up in the list of books in the app?

I cannot purchase the book early EVEN though I have a Master Tier account
