Can't add homebrew spells to my sheet

I have been trying to add my HB spells to a sheet for over a month now and no use, i created them and as far as i know a sub is not needed to have my own HB added.

Yes, i do have the homebrew option selected and active, and my spells on collection but they dont appear when i search to add them on my character. I have noticed this is something some users have experienced too but i cant seem to find any way to fix it on my end.. any ideas?

What class spell list(s) are the spells on, and which class did you select for your character?

Keep in mind that the 5e and 5.5e classes are implemented as totally separate classes for this purpose, so if you (e.g.) only put a spell on the list for the 5.5e Cleric, it won't be available if you select the 5e Cleric class for your character, and vice versa. If you want to be able to use the spell on both versions of the same class, you need to actually add it to the list for both versions.

All my characters are 5e and the spells are also for 5e.

Its does say available for legacy, i even added availability for all other versions, to have all covered and see if anything came up and nothing  :(
