Hi all.
I noticed that the speed of my Human (base Movement 30) 3rd level Monk (Unarmored Movement +10) with the Mobile Feat (+10 Movement) only shows as having a 40' Movement. Am I wrong that they should stack?

I just tested that scenario and it works fine for me.
Maybe your character is set to use variant encumbrance and is encumbered, which is reducing their speed by 10?
If it isn't encumbrance, please link your character sheet here and a moderator can take a look for you.

Also to double check-- You didn't put armor on your Monk, did you?

Give that man an ale! Yes, he had just picked up a bag of sling stones which made him Encumbered, which was shown but heretofore unnoticed.
