I have the races of volo's unlocked. However my player cannot see Tabaxi as a listed race. Are there settings I'm missing to unlock the content for them?
The Master Tier subscription is what you need to be able to share D&D Beyond purchases:
Intended primarily for Dungeon Masters and player groups, this tier grants all the benefits of the Hero tier, and allows you to share all of your unlocked official content with other players within your campaigns so content does not have to be unlocked individually.
If you wish to upgrade from hero subscription to master subscription, and still have a fair amount of time to run on your hero subscription, I recommend contacting support.
Yes, the Master Tier is the only way to share. A player can take that too, it must not be the DM necessarily. The sharing will work regardless of the role in the campaign.
