It's my first attempt, so I expect a to flounder some. That said, I have gone through the FAQ's, guides, and looked at other's in the catalog, and I still cannot figure out what I'm missing.

the message you are seeing means exactly what it says - your subclass features are not set to the standard subclass levels for the Sorcerer.
