A number of months ago I received a strike from Twitch for an inappropriate username, and had the account indefinitely suspended. This also removed my ability to log into D&D Beyond to access my previously purchased content. I had emailed customer support for D&D Beyond, but was told I had to hammer out the issue with Twitch. Now Twitch says they will not allow me back into the account. Do I have no way of getting the content onto a new account?

Please raise a new ticket with the D&D Beyond support team, including details of the account that's suspended.
They will be able to let you know what's possible, though as both accounts have the same email address, it should be feasible.
