When I go to the spells tab and manage my spells, it doesn't tell me how many slots for each level I have, it only tells me I have the four 5th level Pact Magic spell slots.
The rules are explained on the page I linked above. :)
The Warlock table shows how many spell slots you have. The table also shows what the level of those slots is; all of your spell slots are the same level. To cast one of your warlock spells of 1st level or higher, you must expend a spell slot. You regain all expended spell slots when you finish a short or long rest.
Warlocks are intrinsically different - they have fewer spell slots, but they are all at the maximum level they can cast. They regain all of their spell slots on a short rest though - other spellcasters require a long rest.
I created a Hexblade Warlock, and instead of having the normal alotted spell slots, I only have four 5th level slots. I'm unsure of what to do.
The rules for Warlock spellcasting are different to other spellcaster classes like Wizards, Sorcerers and Clerics.

When you say "instead of the normal allotted spell slots" - what are you expecting to see that makes you feel there is a bug?
If you can provide a link to your character sheet too, a moderator can check for you. :)

That is how the spellcasting of Warlock works.
So I can only cast my known spells at 5th level up to four times? Or are they treated like cantrips?
You can only cast your known spells four times with a 5th level spell slot.
