a player in my campaign here on D&D Beyond is having trouble with signing onto the website and this isn't the first time this has happened to her. is there any recommendation on what can be done?
can you explain what the problems are that your player is experiencing?
Generally speaking, the first thing I suggest is that she heads over to https://www.twitch.tv/ and makes sure she has an account set-up there correctly and is logged in. Then come back to D&D Beyond and login.
