If you link the subclass here, a moderator can help more easily.
For the Wizard class, you should NOT set subclass spellcasting ability, as doing so has overriden the spellcasting ability they gain for being a Wizard. Those fields are there so that you can grant spellcasting to a Fighter/Rogue/Monk subclass - where the core class doesn't have spellcasting.

Do you have a homebrew on the character (items, subclass...)?
You are using a homebrewed War Magic archetype - there is something in there that is playing up with the calculations.

I made the homebrewed subclass. I set the following:
Spell Casting Ability: Wis
Can Cast Spells: Yes
Additional Spell List: <blank>
Spell Prepare Type: Level
Knows All Spells: No
Do I need to add Wizard to the Addition Spell List?
I'm dense...
I switched it to Int.
