First off, thank you for your purchase! It is possible that your browser has the link to your content cached, which can be fixed fairly easily, by clearing your browser's cache.
If this is not something that you are familiar with, you can find useful guides here on how to do this for most current browsers.
A few other things to check:
The Oathbreaker subclass for the paladin is only available once the character reaches level 3 paladin and is chosen in the character builder in the section "Sacred Oath"
The Toll The Dead cantrip is only available to Cleric, Warlock & Wizard characters.
If, after clearing your browser cache and checking the other steps above, you are still unable to access content that you have purchased, please contact the support team, who will be able to assist you further.
I bought toll the dead, and oathbreaker but nether is showing for my games. Any advice?
