My Google-fu is failing so please forgive if this is a known bug:
The Variant Aasimar receives the light cantrip, but the save DC is supposed to be CHA not DEX if casting on an unwilling creature.
Or am I misreading this:
Celestial Legacy. You know the light can trip. Once you reach 3rd level, you can cast the lesser restoration spell once with this trait, and you regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. Once you reach 5th level, you can cast the daylight spell once with this trait as a 3rd-level spell, and you regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
the light cantrip, like all other spells, has a specific description that states how it works and in this case that description involves the instruction that creatures get a Dexterity saving throw to avoid the spell.
There are other spells that require Wisdom or Constitution saving throws - this isn't affected by you spellcasting ability.
However, your spellcasting ability does affect what the DC (difficulty check) is for the target to successfully save.
To quote the Player's Handbook:
The DC to resist one of your spells equals 8 + your spellcasting ability modifier + your proficiency bonus + any special modifiers.
