The dex modifier goes through fine, however it doesnt detect when you are holding a double bladed scimitar. so it isn't applying finesse or the +1 AC it should. The Revenant Blade item is functioning properly.

please note that the item you need to go with the feat is Revenant Double-Bladed Scimitar, not Double-Bladed Scimitar.
