Is there a home management option? Any tab for items and money I have at home?
You can add all of that in the "other possessions" area of your character sheet, where you can detail equipment or belongings that the character isn't carrying with them.

D&D Beyond FoundersYou can add all of that in the "other possessions" area of your character sheet, where you can detail equipment or belongings that the character isn't carrying with them.
