Under Character Builder, Under Home, Under character preferences,
Magic: The Gathering option is turned off.
Yet all the Magic languages appear in language choices.
If I have it turned off, I would rather not see those languages.

D&D Beyond FoundersLanguages aren't currently tied to sourcebooks, which means it's not possible to switch them off.
I expect this will change with the upcoming source management changes.
