In wayfinder's guide to eberron, the Greater dragonmark feats are listed as requiring level 8 as well as the associated dragonmark, but on the feat page only the associated dragonmark is listed as a prerequisite.
Unfortunately the system used to create the feats doesn't allow us to set a prerequisite based upon level.
I have flagged this for the devs though.

So now that the character builder can enforce feat prerequisites, are Greater Dragonmarks going to be updated to list the level 8 requirement?
I just checked and it's not possible to set level 8 as a prerequisite yet. It's on the list to be sorted out though!
