I'm new to DnDbeyond but it seems pretty great. I recently upgraded my account to the Master Tier so I could have my players join my campaign and share my purchased content. I have a player with a free account who has their character joined to my campaign and I've enabled content sharing. The player selected Variant Human in order to get a Feat at level 1 but he is unable to select a Feat other than Grappler (SRD feat).
Great news! It appears to have corrected itself. My guess is that it took a bit for the subscription rights to propagate throughout the system since I upgraded to Master tier and ran into this issue less than an hour later.
I am having the same issue in creating a character, and it is my account. I've tried associating the character with a campaign and enabling content sharing, but it still does not solve the issue. When I go to the feats section for the "Human Variant" race, the only options for feats are Grappler and Svirfneblin Magic (I had to disable feats prerequisites to get any feats to show up in the drop down menu). Once I create the character, if I go to manage feats, these are the same two options that show up. I'd appreciate any suggestions or help!

Have you or members of your campaign bought the PHB or at least the feats from it?
I created a homebrew feat to mimic "Brawny" from UAFFS. When I added it to a character it broke the character hard. Now I can't view the character at all on any browser. It's broken.

Sometimes that happens when homebrews aren't coded quite right. You could try editing or deleting the homebrew, if that doesn't work, you'll have to delete the character.

It is also possible that his options didn't update until he refreshes his page after joining/enabling sharing.
