Dungeon Master's Guide/Appendix B: Monster Lists/Monsters by Environment/ Urban/Couatl, ghost, succubus or incubus link just says "[Tooltip not Found]".

that's a bit weird - the tooltip is for faerie dragons and it seems to work correctly for me.
It could be because the monster is from the Monster Manual, so is only available if you have that sourcebook.
