Edit Modifier Button Missing in Mobile View While Editing Homebrew

If I switch to Desktop View the blue "Add A Modifier" button returns, but in mobile view it is gone. All of the other "Add A *" buttons are there in Mobile view, except "Add A Modifier". I am using Chrome on a Galaxy Note

I have the same issue (I've been turning the phone to get around it).
