I would very much appreciate it if anyone knows how to restore a previous version of a character. One of my players updated his character and DNDBeyond made him a first level character with none of his possessions. He was advancing to eighth level and now has lost everything. Naturally, on my Campaign menu, I cannot edit him beyond what he already has. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure what could have caused this besides user error, maybe a mod can help if you post the character link or try contacting support.

D&D Beyond FoundersDxJxC has the correct approach - contact support, however please note that the Curse offices are now officially closed until 2nd January, so it may take time to resolve if a developer needs to look at your problem.
Also, please make sure to have the player submit the ticket themselves, rather than you submit on their behalf.
