I added the Treant race from one of the homebrew creations. But I can't see it in my character creator, I'm sorry if this is already posted somewhere but my searches didn't find anything relating to using someone elses homebrew creations.
Your character has homebrew toggled on in their options page (you mentioned it is above).
If you've been through all of these, then please can you post here with links to the homebrew race and your character sheet and a moderator will be able to take a look for you.

Yes I have the homebrew content checked.
