I just noticed that the sea elf subclass was showing 10 walking and swimming speed instead of the 30 feet normal one. It's not a major issue, but just a little thing I noticed.

I suspect that you have the encumbrance rules enabled on your character and they are overloaded with equipment, causing a decrease in movement speed.
