I've been trying to add a long bow to my characters equipment with out success. I've searched for it and tried finding it by pulling up all the weapons. It's not on the list anymore. I can only find and equip a short bow. Hopefully this is just a glitch or a bug that can be fixed shoretly.

D&D Beyond FoundersIt's possible that your character isn't proficient with the longbow.
When adding equipment, there is a toggle box for proficiency, that will show or hide equipment that the character isn't proficient with.

Even if that's the case wouldn't it still show up as an item for purchase in the equipment menu?
