I have some of the books purchased and downloaded on the mobile app. But it looks like I have to purchase everything again on here? or is there something I am missing?
If you used the same account, the purchases will sync. You don't have to buy things twice.
There are two separate accounts registered with your email address.
If this is not what you expected, I suggest raising a support ticket.
