Really a minor thing, but the vanilla tiefling's "Infernal Legacy" allows them to cast "Hellish Rebuke" at second level once per long rest. The interface on the character sheet, though, notates it as a first level spell, which could be problematic.
I've just double-checked and it's definitely set to cast as a 2nd level spell slot, as per the description. Here's a screenshot from a 3rd level Tiefling Warlock I just created to test.
Where are you seeing it as a first level spell? Can you provide a screenshot please?
Under spells, it is correct. But under racial and abilities, it has a 1st next to it. Seems like an odd bug. I havn’t tried making a new race to see if it happens there, or is just something odd with the tiefling. Shouldn’t cause any gameplay issues, either way.

Sorry, can't figure out how to display the image properly.
Did you pick the spell some other way?

Interesting - that's signifying that it's a 1st level spell, possibly for purposes of looking it up.
I'm not sure that it's a bug, but I see how this causes confusion though.
If you click on that spell, you will see in the sidebar that there is a cast button and it states that it is cast as a 2nd level spell.
