tablet doesnt go to other menus

when im on my character on my tablet  (where i can see my stats) and press the button to go to the other screens i get a white flashing screen and no other buttons.  this is on the webpage

Which browser do you use? It is optimised for chrome, and I think it might be worst on safari. 

I use chrome.

You could try force stopping browser, clearing cache, checking for browser updates, and/or reinstalling browser (as a last resort).

If none of that works, you can post device model and OS version so devs have more info.
