I went to check the campaign I have on here to check some info on one of my player's characters, but I noticed it said "Player: Deleted", I asked said player to see if they could get onto DnD Beyond and she can't. She has only ever made the character and never posted in any of the forums so she hasn't said anything bad, so we're confused on what has happened.

One time I rolled a crit one, five times in a row.
For users in the European Economic Area, their account could have been deleted during D&D Beyond's transition to Fandom if they did not previously opt in for the transfer of their data.
If this is the case, they have received a free nickname change credit at the end of the deletion process. With that, they can change their nickname to whatever they desire and any posts, comments, etc. will be maintained.
In short - they just need to login and go to account details to change their name back.

Sorted it, thank you. She doesn't check her emails so she didn't see the emails.
