I have several characters on my account and I am able to add items to their inventory with no issue. But I have just made a character (Goliath Warlock) and get these errors when trying to add anything to their inventory, be it the starting equipment, gold, or standard items.

Are you using any homebrew?

It's a Homebrew Background I picked from the marketplace, yeah.
Is there a way to figure out what is broken about it, or is the best option just to recreate my own version of it?

You should be able to create your own version - there's a guide in the sticky threads in the homebrew forum.
