I was going through my campaign today and adding notes to my PC's sheets. I was using the "Campaign" button on the character sheet page to switch between the PCs, and noticed that the bar only shows 4 out of my 5 total PCs. I thought at first that it was just missing the one I was looking at, but when I switched to another sheet, the same person was still missing and I couldn't switch back to them. If I go to My Content > Campaigns and go to the main campaign page, the character sheet is there and I can view it and edit it no sweat. But that quick access button is always missing the same person.
Is this a bug? Or am I just missing something really obvious and I can feel very silly when someone points this out to me?
In case it makes a difference: I am on a Windows 10 PC, using latest version of Chrome.
I searched around a little bit but didn't find any posts that looked like it covered this. My apologies for repeating your question - here's hoping that between the two of us asking, someone notices!

I did the same but I couldn't find my sub unless I searched my name. I'm just glad someone else has the same issue as me. Not that I want it mind you, but it's nice ot know I'm not an idiot that did something to my settings.
Check the Preferences for the character that isn't showing as they may have their character privacy set to Private - this hides information on the character from others in the campaign.
Preferences for a character can be accessed by the player or the DM by clicking on the character name and selecting Preferences from the dropdown menu.

That's one thing for other players, but I'm the DM and as I stated, I can view the character sheet just fine if I go from the campaign home page. I just can't access them from the quick menu on another character sheet. For what it's worth, when I'm looking at another person's sheet, their name is highlighted in red on the quick list. When I'm on the missing person, their name still does not show on the list.
I'm going to check the preferences anyway, but it feels like this may still be a bug. I'm the DM and own the campaign, therefore I should see all the sheets, whether on the home page, or on the quick switch.
This person's character is indeed set to private, but my previous point still stands - the character sheet should be private between myself and the player. Since I can see the sheet on the campaign home, it should show on the quick list. My guess is that the quick list is not built to recognize that my account is the DM and therefore can see the private sheet.
Can this be put in as an enhancement request/fix since this technically should work as I've described? Makes no sense that I can view the private sheet the "long" way but can't switch to it the easier way. I'll have to keep that person's sheet up in a separate tab so I don't run into an issue switching to check on something.
I was going to say the same thing as the DM I should see it, but it also changes from time to time. The character's that show up and are hidden are not always the same.
I had all of my players change to private then public for their characters and then I had to log out of DnDBeyond and refresh my campaign and it worked .

I am having the same issue... my post with the same question has been buried within the last four days so I haven't received a reply yet.

Did it just accidentally get removed? Can the player rejoin with the character?

I'm having the same issue. Changing the character in question from private to public did not help. Would love to see this fixed.
