Elven accuracy says u can increase one of the following ability scores but charisma isn’t one of the options to increase even though it says in the description
I just checked it and can see charisma is available, as it should be.
Please note that increases to ability scores from feats cannot increase the ability above 20, so the option to increase an ability score will not be shown if that ability score is already 20 or higher.
