I might be just overlooking things, but I went to create a character in the character builder and when I chose my background, it didn't give me the chance to add in the additional proficiencies and languages. I don't see the options anywhere. Again, I might just be blind, but would appreciate if anyone could help me solve this? Cheers.
Aaaaaand I went a looked through it again and I just overlooked it haha. I had been adding a character I had previously created outside of DnD Beyond but had made some changes, then in my sleep-deprived state wondered why the character sheets didn't match XD Thanks though!

D&D Beyond FoundersSome backgrounds have specific proficiencies set, rather than a choice, so it would depend on the background chosen.
Please provide a link to your character sheet - I can take a look and advise you. :)
