i just recently purchased the Galsya Teifling Sub-race and when I try and choose the ace for my character, the stats for Glasya are all wrong. Along with the +2 charisma, I should get +1 Dex, the Minor Illusion Cantrip, Disguise Self and invisiblity. But instead, after selecting Glaysa I’m given a +1 to Intelligents, and a different set of spells. Why is this? How can I get the correct stats for my purchase? Anyway to call into customer service?
I am not able to reproduce this on my Glasya Tiefling. I would recommend also posting the link to the affected character so that a mod might be able to see if something else is causing the issue.

If you are referring to the racial traits summary, those always show the base race's information.
The race details should show the correct information and the correct allies should go on the character sheet.
